Early slot. Stage 3. Broad daylight. Nobody was prepared for what Lasso did with that. The crowd kept coming until there was no room left, completely transforming the atmosphere of the show. What followed was 45 minutes of something harder to explain than to feel: songs about heartbreak sung at full volume, a hand gesture that moved thousands at once, and a connection between artist and audience that felt intimate despite the scale. The camera stayed close IMAG feeding the big screen, Lasso playing directly into the lens. Euphoria in the middle of the afternoon.
